The majority of our work takes place within a 25 mile radius from our base in Carmarthenshire, however we are happy to travel further if the job requires, subject to a transport fee. This fee will depend upon the distance required and machinery requirements, a price will be given upon application.
Any hire costs for external machinery will be payable by the customer at least 24hrs prior to work commencing.
Any cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before the work is due to commence – any cancellations received after this time will incur default charge of £150 payable immediately, to cover hire costs / equipment fees and service time. Postponements due to bad weather are not included in this clause.
All services undertaken are covered by our insurance. However, we cannot be liable for any damage that occurs to property or persons due to misinformation or dangerous behaviour. Whilst we do our best to provide what our customers need, there may be occasions where we have to refuse service due to dangerous conditions or unsuitable circumstances.
Payment is due immediately after work finishes – we don’t provide credit on account and need to pay our staff, so please make sure you are in a position to settle your invoice within 5 working days.
For ongoing maintenance contracts, payments can be made monthly or annually and a payment schedule will be set up on commencement of your contract.
